DMCA Policy
Our Commitment
We write our own content for this site and don’t knowingly publish material that infringes on someone else’s copyright. If something on this site does infringe your copyrighted work, we want to know about it so we can address it properly.
Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, you can send us a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To be considered valid, your notice should include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The exact URL (or URLs) on this site where the material appears
- Your contact information — name, email address, and if possible, a phone number or mailing address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you’re authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Send your notice through our Contact Us page, with “DMCA Notice” clearly stated at the start of your message.
What Happens Next
Once we receive a complete notice, we’ll review it and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the material in question. We’ll also make a reasonable effort to notify the party who posted or is responsible for the content, if applicable.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice should include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts, and that you’ll accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
Content We Don’t Own
This site references the Teen Patti Go app, its name, and related trademarks for identification purposes only — we don’t claim ownership of the app itself, its branding, or any content that belongs to its developers. Copyright concerns related to the app itself should be directed to its developers, not to this site.
